Refund & Return Policy

At IndiVerse, we always aim to deliver fresh, high-quality Indian groceries to your doorstep.
If something goes wrong, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return guidelines below.

Return Policy

Because we sell perishable food items, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive:

  • Damaged items

  • Wrong products

  • Spoiled or poor-quality items

  • Missing items

We will happily resolve the issue.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • You provide a photo or video of the issue

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging (where applicable)

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Items that were ordered by mistake

  • Items opened or partly consumed

  • Taste preference issues

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or courier constraints

  • Change of mind after delivery

Frozen items must be stored properly upon delivery. IndiVerse is not responsible if items spoil due to incorrect handling by the customer.

Delivery Fee Refunds

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except when:

  • Your entire order is incorrect

  • Your order is cancelled by us before delivery

  • A major error occurs on our side

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is packed.

Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

We will respond within 24 hours.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed:

  • To your original payment method

  • Within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider

Store credit (if issued) is added instantly.
