IndiVerse Shipping & Delivery Policy

At IndiVerse, we aim to deliver fresh, authentic Indian groceries to your doorstep quickly, safely, and affordably.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, prepare, and deliver your orders.

Delivery Areas We Currently Serve

We provide home delivery in the following regions:

Kempsey Region

✔ Same-day or next-day delivery (subject to item availability)

Port Macquarie Region

✔ Scheduled delivery days
✔ Delivery time will be confirmed after order placement

Coffs Harbour Region

✔ Scheduled delivery days
✔ Delivery time will be confirmed after order placement

If your address is outside these areas, please contact us — we will do our best to assist.

Delivery Timeframes

Same-Day Delivery (Kempsey Only)

Orders placed before 12 PM may be delivered on the same day, depending on item availability and delivery load.

Next-Day / Scheduled Delivery

For all regions, orders placed after 12 PM or on a non-delivery day will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery run.

You will receive a WhatsApp/SMS confirmation once your order is packed and ready.

Delivery Fees

  • FREE delivery on orders over $25

  • For orders below $25, a standard delivery fee applies (visible at checkout)

Delivery fees are automatically calculated based on your delivery zone.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–12 hours, depending on stock and delivery schedule.

  • Orders containing fresh or pre-order items may take longer (see section below).

  • We will contact you if any item is unavailable or needs replacement.

Fresh, Seasonal & Pre-Order Items

  • Certain items such as:

  • Fresh Banana (Ethapazham/Nendran)

  • Tapioca (Kappa)

  • Fresh vegetables

  • Bakery products

  • Frozen goods

  • Bulk items

may be limited stock or may require pre-booking.

Pre-Order Delivery

If an order includes pre-order items:

  • Delivery will be scheduled on the next stock arrival day

  • We will notify you of expected delivery time

Out-of-Stock Items

  • If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will:

  • Inform you immediately

  • Offer replacement options

  • Or issue a refund for the unavailable item

Delivery Conditions

By placing an order, you agree to provide:

  • Correct delivery address

  • A reachable phone/WhatsApp number

  • Safe access for delivery

If no one is available to receive the order:

  • We may leave the order in a safe place (if customer approves)

  • Or reschedule delivery (additional fee may apply)

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • Melted or spoiled frozen goods

  • Missing product(s)

Please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with a photo.

We will arrange:

  • Replacement, OR

  • Refund, OR

  • Store credit

based on product type.
